Job Description:

Ready to lead the future of control systems and smart technology?
We're looking for a curious, hands-on Design Engineer to drive the design and development of intelligent, connected, and safety-critical systems in collaboration with a cross-functional engineering team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead innovative design of PLC-based control systems (Rockwell, Siemens), including hardware selection and programming

  • Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines to develop smart product ecosystems

  • Ensure compliance with NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, UL-508A, and safety standards

  • Develop test plans, validate designs, and manage product lifecycles

  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of creativity and rapid iteration

  • Apply AI/ML techniques and data-driven insights to enhance embedded system capabilities

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in control systems or electrical design

  • Experience with motor control, electromechanical systems, and machine safety standards

  • Knowledge of solid-state controls, firmware collaboration, and version control tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)

  • Bonus: Interest or experience in AI/ML applications in embedded or edge environments
