Packaging Planner Hillsboro, New Hampshire, United States - OSI USA Danvers What we expect Responsibilities: Packaging material management - 70% Raw Materials Planning supporting manufacturing operations. Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste or obsolescence. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply issues. Lead/support packaging project initiatives Support audits and quality issues by providing necessary documentation and traceability. Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems. Process Improvement - 15% Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance SAP functionalities. Data Analysis and Reporting: 15% Extract relevant data from SAP and other systems to generate reports. Review key packaging material metrics (MoH, Safety stock, safety time). Provide insights to drive continuous improvement. Who we are looking for Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, or procurement. Proficiency in SAP is essential. Power BI or other system knowledge is a plus.
