Job Duties: Associate, Client Reporting with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Performing checks to ensure data integrity and availability. Assist in overseeing consolidated reporting platform and associated workflows. Verifying vast amounts of data between multiple systems and data feeds for informational integrity. Conducting reoccurring control checks, identifying and researching data anomalies including incorrect performance, private equity discrepancies, investment results, asset classifications, and pricing gaps relative to vendor information. Conducting root cause analysis to identify past or future issues and how to prevent in the future. Performing ad hoc and periodic reconciliations and verifications for clients' financial data. Evaluates the needs for particular clients, which includes preparation and validation of materials (positions/performance) ahead of meetings. Supporting with high sensitivity to accuracy and timeliness. Some reconciliations include validating data relative to external custodian statements and documents.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years in the following: utilize understanding of data flow between ledger/reporting/client-facing systems, to act as a subject matter expert and preferred point of contact for all team queries; employs front to back knowledge of data aggregation (both inbound and outbound), including the ability to support inquiries from beginning phase with required client-signed documentation; support document acceptance and setting up accounts for aggregation; provide high-level client service and expertise while finding solutions and answers for any concerns; collaborate with clients to provide accurate reporting of positions, performance, and transactions; responsible for all data accuracy and controls for monthly reporting cycle which results in printed report mailed to client; and support continuous improvement of existing processes, develop new processes or enhance existing processes where required including maintenance plans, procedural documentation and custom tools for automation.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $116,000 - $133,000.
