Job Description Customer located on the north side of Milwaukee is looking for a Saw Operator with Load/Change tools in a CNC Machining Center, Run a manual lathe and do all the saw. Must also have the ability to run an Ocean Beam machine. Specific Responsibilities Ability to read tape measures. Operate and set up the saw machine to cut materials accurately. Set stops or guides to specified lengths. Ability to read and understand prints and tolerances. Inspect materials for quality and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on saw equipment. Assist co-workers as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Candidate Specifications Minimum Requirements Prefer 1+ years' experience. Physically fit - able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively. Able to read tape measure in 1/32" increments. Position qualities needed: Good relations, communication skills, and must be able to interact well with co-workers and management Must be able to work in a team environment and be willing to work flexible hours and weekends as required Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask Excellent attendance Professional communication skills.
