Job Summary

We are seeking a Bar & Premium Supervisor to oversee operations in our premium hospitality spaces at Frontwave Arena. This role is ideal for a service-driven leader with strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage service, as well as experience in high-end hospitality, VIP events, or catering.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee bar and premium service operations in VIP lounges, suites, and specialty bars.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and anticipating guest needs.
  • Train and support staff on beverage knowledge, proper drink preparation, and service etiquette.
  • Manage inventory, product control, and bar setup/breakdown to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with cash handling policies, liquor laws, and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
  • Enforce proper sanitation, cleaning, and hygiene standards in all premium and bar areas, ensuring compliance with health codes.
  • Ensure bars, workstations, and service areas are cleaned, restocked, and sanitized before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with culinary and event teams to execute premium catering and beverage experiences for events.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture and professional work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience in bar operations, high-end hospitality, or event beverage service.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and craft cocktails is required.
  • Previous VIP, catering, or event experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, sanitation best practices, and cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
