Description
This position will reside in France.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develops added value processing business to maximize profit potential with existing & new accounts.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment that encourages continuous improvement and motivation.
- Ensures compliance with sales policies and procedures
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and close strategic deals to drive revenue growth.
- Act as a key point of contact for major clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
- Prepare and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare detailed sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing, and other departments to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
- Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and communication strategies across all sales channels.
