What you'll do:

The Senior Technical Account Manager - Ecosystem position will lead the strategy and execution of third-party vendor integrations that power our extensibility ecosystem. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of client-requested vendors, ensuring integrations are not only technically sound but also aligned with our long-term platform strategy and compliance standards.

In this high-impact role, you'll drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle-from intake and onboarding to optimization and migration-while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Legal, Policy, Commercial, and Support. You'll define scalable technical standards, maintain a centralized vendor enablement hub, and use data to inform integration strategy and performance improvements. You'll also act as a strategic advisor to both internal teams and external partners, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and identifying new opportunities where our platform can unlock greater value for clients and vendors alike.

Responsibilities Include:

* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor integrations, from intake and onboarding to certification and optimization.

* Maintain a centralized vendor directory and integration resource hub to support internal teams and external partners.

* Document integration technical standards to support scalable and repeatable onboarding processes.

* Monitor vendor usage, performance, and adoption trends to inform strategy and improve integration outcomes.

* Represent the vendor ecosystem function in cross-functional planning and go-to-market initiatives.

* Collaborate with Product, Policy, Legal, Commercial Teams and Support to ensure seamless vendor enablement and alignment with platform capabilities.

* Identify opportunities to optimize existing integrations and migrate vendors to new product features.

Who you are:

* 3+ years of work experience in a client-facing role

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university

* Proficient working knowledge of Office and Outlook is a must

* Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment

* A selfless team player who can navigate between business, engineering, product, and client teams.

* Experience with digital advertising technology is a major plus.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$93,800 $172,000 USD
