Summary Hourly range: $31.00 - $33.00 /hour Schedule: 8:00am to 8:00pm, 2/3 rotating shift Healthcare Benefits available Day One! Includes health, dental, vision, and more! 401k Match and Profit Sharing Our growing company is looking for a Team Performance Lead to join our team! Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLong Description Assist in the safe operation of production equipment to produce quality products by continual adjustments of gauges that control speed, temperature, and pressure. Understands and adheres to all safety rules and procedures. Produce orders on time to satisfy customer needs and production requirements. Perform product labeling, packing, wrapping and helping to supply line for production. Assists with all required quality inspections, testing, and documentation. Comply with company standards with regard to housekeeping and 6S on machines and surrounding areas. Helps perform routine preventative maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math, reading, and computer skills. High awareness toward safety. Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Associate/college-level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary. Ability to operate cranes, forklift, and other related equipment. Extrusion experience. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and bending. Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 30lbs. Hand/eye coordination.
