BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST LEVEL III

• Experience with DTS (Defense Travel System) and CATMS (other Task Management System experience may be considered)
• Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and/or other federal agencies.
• Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
• Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
• Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.

• Clearance: Active Secret
• Minimum of five (5) years of specialized in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
• The following experience is desirable:
