Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

  • Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Filter Maintenance Team Lead to oversee our second shift operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and paint booth filter maintenance, coupled with leadership abilities to guide a small team of technicians. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective completion of planned maintenance tasks and filter changes across our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of filter technicians during the second shift, assigning tasks and ensuring quality work.
  • Conduct and oversee filter changes for HVAC systems and paint booths. Plan and execute booth changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain organization of materials and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels and storage.
  • Facilitate and coordinate movements across the site, utilizing the second shift team effectively.
  • Perform all standard filter technician duties as needed.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with first shift leads and management to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any issues or concerns to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in industrial filter maintenance, preferably in HVAC and paint booth systems.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and direct a small team.
  • Strong knowledge of filter types, maintenance procedures, and relevant safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • US CITIZENSHIP AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ARE REQUIRED
