Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for sales data enablement, ensuring a strong foundation for AI-driven efficiencies and analytics.
  • Lead a team focused on data governance, structured data models, and technology solutions that enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Customer Master Record team to ensure accurate, structured, and accessible customer data across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable data infrastructure that supports AI capabilities, predictive analytics, and real-time sales insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales operations, finance, marketing, eCommerce, direct sales, and channel partners, to integrate AI-ready data strategies.
  • Work closely with digital transformation teams across the organization to address specific data needs for analytics, AI, and reporting.
  • Collaborate directly with the Sales Data Operations team to ensure successful operationalization of delivered projects.
  • Drive the creation of common data models, structured data sets, and knowledge bases to ensure AI solutions function optimally.
  • Oversee the adoption of AI-driven automation tools to improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
  • Champion change management initiatives to increase data literacy and ensure effective usage of AI-powered insights across global sales teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance the sales data ecosystem.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party data solutions to optimize AI and analytics performance.
  • Build and scale a team over time to support the transformation and implementation of AI-driven data initiatives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data-driven and AI-enabled initiatives in sales.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales data enablement, AI strategy, business transformation, or related fields within a global enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic data initiatives to support AI and analytics.
  • Strong background in data governance, structured data modeling, and AI-driven sales technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics, AI-powered analytics).
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives focused on AI readiness and data infrastructure.
  • Expertise in AI automation, process optimization, and enterprise data management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change across global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $180k - 220K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
