JOB TITLE: Coding Specialist

DEPT: Coding

LOCATION: Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN

SHIFT: Full Time. Day Shift, 6am - 2:30pm

JOB SUMMARY:

Reviews patients charts and performs ICD-10 and CPT coding for DRG and APC assignments. Works with medical staff and hospital staff to obtain documentation for accurate coding.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC or Coding Certification Required

* 1 Year of Coding Experience Required

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
