The role:

The Senior Digital Creative Lead will report to the Creative Director. The Lead will work with the creative, digital, and marketing teams to manage, supervise, and execute all internal and external creative brand expression. This includes all digital concepts and assets.

You will also actually "do" the work and requires a comprehensive mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Express and Adobe Acrobat.

You will ensure that all creative assets meet the highest standards of creativity, aesthetics, and brand consistency. The creative output will engage customers, enhance their experience, and drive sales.

You will partner with different departments, including marketing, digital, social and the creative team, to create a cohesive brand message and visual aesthetic that aligns with goals.

What you will do:



  • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative and engaging digital campaigns across social, email, paid media, oribe.com, retailer sites and other digital touchpoints and emerging platforms, helping to evolve and define the visual language of the brand, ensuring a distinctive 'Oribe' personality
  • Create and deliver visually engaging concepts and assets that communicate the brand's luxury narrative, transforming ideas and insights into captivating digital experiences and cultural moments
  • Lead, collaborate and convey creative feedback with Internal and External Creative Agencies, sharing guidance and direction on creative concepts, casting, photographic intent, production talent, and all things leading up to digital and social campaign photoshoot
  • Build conceptual design direction and hands-on execute assets using comprehensive mastery of the following programs: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Express), Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Aptly convey design concepts and the rationale behind them to upper management and key stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify complex messaging and abundant assets into digestible and relatable consumer experience


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, or related discipline such as Advertising, Graphic Design.
  • 8+ years of professional design experience and a track record working with fashion, beauty, and luxury brands.
  • Comprehensive mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Express and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Demonstrate outstanding abilities in digital and social asset development.
  • Demonstrate outstanding abilities in conceptual design and visual ideation for digital and social marketing campaigns.
