ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

The Commercial Credit Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end client and employee experience with a focus on the digital platforms that support Key's Commercial Clients. In this role, the commercial credit product manager will partner with stakeholders from multiple lines of business to ensure our commercial credit products and the client experience are meeting our clients and business partner's needs. Some of these items include, but are not limited to, developing a credit product roadmap and backlog in partnership with business development, portfolio management, loan operations, technology, and other partners across the bank. This role will also be critical in supporting and leading from a business perspective the current and future commercial credit loan conversions as well as ensuring resolution of any post conversion efforts. The Credit Product Manager will be responsible for monitoring operational performance and support partners to resolve challenges as well as understand and enhance the end-to-end risk and control environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Experience working with technology and operations teams to enhance platform capabilities and implementing scalable procedures
• Ability to effectively work in a matrixed organization with colleagues across various reporting structures -- lead, influence and align teams without direct managerial responsibility
• Effectively work with internal teams and external partners to drive enhanced capabilities, product roadmap alignment and project execution
• Strong individual contributor capabilities combined with the ability to effectively manage a small team to execute on deliverables
• Ability to understand, develop, and execute business performance analysis, tracking initiatives and reporting to leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of financial services product management experience
• Experience with commercial credit products or have previously completed credit training

• Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
• Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to innovate (i.e., Think outside of the box) to come up with optimal solutions.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Acute attention to detail with an ability to identify or discover trends or themes.
• Ability to clearly articulate methodology for issue resolution to complex problems.
• Analytical thought process and ability to determine paths of action and make recommendations to remediate issues.
• Previous success in implementing simple and efficient product development or project management programs and processes.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $X to $150,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
