"I can succeed as a FI Sales Specialist (Director or Fixed Income Markets) at Capital Group." The Director of Fixed income Markets is a field-based sales associate aligned with our sales force. The role is part of Asset Class Services, a division within our Product Group, which rolls up to the Capital Client Group. It is essential to work closely with Fixed Income Product Management, the Fixed Income Investment Directors, as well as Capital Fixed Income Investors (the Fixed Income Investment Group). As a field based fixed income investment-focused sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering education and point of sale expertise in representing Capital Group's fixed income capabilities, thought leadership, and strategies to advisors and small to mid-sized institutions. Capital Group is required by state specific laws to include the salary for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary range for this role is $160-220K+ applicable bonuses. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
