ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field. Required years of related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage and meet overlapping and demanding deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in rapidly changing business environments. Strong technical skills with systems and programs including but not limited to Content Management Systems, Microsoft 365, Adobe, etc. Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of compliance areas of focus. Analyst I - 0 - 2 Years of related experience Analyst II - 2 - 4 Years of related experience Analyst III - 4 - 6 Years of related experience REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information, prepare narrative reports, and verbally communicate Compliance strategies. PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Knowledge of SAP, advanced knowledge of Excel, and an understanding of VBA is a plus. Microsoft and OpenText certifications are a plus. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS Moderate noise level in some short-term work environments. May be subject short-term work in locations without climate control and confined space. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES May be required to lift and/or move objects up to 40 lbs. Moderately repetitive type of work which requires concentration in the performance of tasks. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hybrid work model contingent upon approval. May require intermittent travel to Plants and other office locations in and around Arkansas.
