Functional Analyst

Full-time | Ecommerce | Location - Olathe, KS, 66022

As a Functional Analyst - Customer Integrations at TVH, your primary role is to integrate the company's Customer Integrations component with other systems within the TVH ecosystem. This role is critical in gathering, analyzing, and translating corporate needs and technical processes into functional requirements, and configuring solutions where necessary. You'll report to and work closely with the Customer Integrations Product Owner, designing future-proof functional solutions that align with business objectives, product strategy, and current integrations.

You'll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Eliciting and documenting various types of functional requirements to ensure clear and concise specifications.

• Gathering requirements, understanding logistical processes, and defining corresponding technical processes.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable functional requirements.

• Guiding the team in understanding user stories to ensure accurate and realistic effort estimates.

• Designing future-proof functional solutions that consider the global context across different business lines, ensuring a strong foundation for future implementations.

• Staying up to date on company processes within the assigned functional domain to conduct thorough research and recommend effective solutions and improvements.

• Supporting the Product Owner and Product Manager by providing input and guidance during the development and implementation of new or enhanced features.

• Communicating technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• 2+ years of experience performing a substantially similar role working in functional analysis or business process management

• Bachelor or Master degree from a college or university in Business, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, or comparable experience

• Earlier experience of IT systems, knowledge of Customer Integrations & eCommerce processes is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Strong team player with good communication skills; committed to transparency and collaboration.

• Attention to detail with proficient organization and time management skills.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and practices is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate in an effective, positive manner with employees at all levels across the organization.

• Engage in occasional travel (10-20%) for project collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
