Job Description

Our client is currently seeking to hire a Metal's Salesperson to join our team focusing on Central New Jersey / Pennsylvania markets. As a member of the sales team, you will meet with customers on-site and help them grow their business with products you're proud to deliver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients and driving sales in the designated territory.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts with management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Skills:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, account management or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, technology sales or technical products.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to drive sales performance.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid drivers license and excellent driving record
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.

Compensation Package:
