Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Digital Product Owner - Planning to lead the digital enablement of planning processes within the Digital Supply Chain Organization. This leadership role will oversee the planning product portfolio including Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) and tools such as LeanDNA, driving transformational improvements in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP execution. As a senior product leader, you will define and execute the product roadmap for planning solutions, collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives that improve supply chain visibility, agility, and performance. - Own and lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of planning solutions across Daikin Applied's enterprise, with a focus on
- Oracle ERP planning modules and LeanDNA
- Act as a key liaison between planning, operations, procurement, and IT teams to define solution needs and business priorities
- Champion the use of digital tools to improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, production planning, and material availability
- Translate business challenges into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and epics; manage and prioritize a complex product backlog
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in collaboration with development and implementation teams
- Ensure solution designs align with business process optimization goals and best practices in digital planning
- Lead and support UAT, go-live activities, and long-term optimization cycles
- Partner with business analysts and data teams to track planning KPIs, assess product value, and recommend enhancements
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior product owners or analysts, contributing to a strong digital product management culture
- Stay abreast of Oracle updates, planning software capabilities, and industry trends to keep Daikin's planning tools innovative and competitive
- Stay informed on SAP B1 capabilities, third-party solutions, and supply chain technology trends to proactively identify improvement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ Years of experience in Supply Chain or Planning roles, with at least 3+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role supporting ERP or Planning Systems
- Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Planning Modules (ASCP, MRP, S&OP) and experience configuring or optimizing them
- Hands-on experience with LeanDNA or similar Supply Chain analytics and planning optimization tools
- Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proficient in Agile frameworks with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Proven ability to influence across functions, lead stakeholder engagement, and drive results in complex environments
Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills - Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in engineered-to-order or configure-to-order manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory analytics
- Oracle Cloud Planning experience strongly preferred
- Agile Product Owner or SAFe certification is a plus

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,800 to $166,700 +15% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
