- Provide day-to-day operations and logistics support for wafer Fab, Die Fab, Assembly and Test.
- Support production control responsibilities
- Interact very closely with maintenance, manufacturing engineers and provide daily update shift update.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities with little guidance
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate well with all levels (operators to VPs)
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Database, MES systems) and analytical skills
- Good understanding of SPC
- Knowledge of complexity of tools, processes, and people
- Understanding of capacity constraints and bottleneck management
- Able to work in an extremely fast paced environment
- Ability and willingness to keep to a schedule and do what it takes to meet a deadline
- This position requires to work and support weekend shift operations.
- 5 + years in manufacturing management, industrial engineering, or equivalent with management career goals
- Project management
- Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with a proven track record of performing in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
