Position Summary The Program and Administrative Assistant will aid Social Service Clients and assist the Service Center Manager with financial paperwork/forms for the Service Center and other administrative support for programs meeting the needs of the office and community. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend squat climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as file cabinet drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. This position requires employee to be vaccinated from Covid-19 or have a religious or medical approved exemption. Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Experience
Excellent customer service required. (preferred)
Attention to detail and basic math for finance paperwork. (preferred) Strong computer skills required. (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
