About the Team The Sourcing team executes strategic sourcing goals globally to address the Williams Sonoma Inc and Pottery Barn business needs within the organization. This position is responsible for working with multiple departments and communicating important sourcing updates to the leadership team in merchandising, inventory, product development, quality assurance, and global offices. About the Role You will execute against defined sourcing strategy to ensure product development meets criteria of cost competitiveness, supplier capabilities, sustainability, quality, country and vendor risk while representing brands needs within your category. This role is onsite in San Francisco 4X a week. Responsibilities

The expected starting pay range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities. |
