This executive will be responsible for designing, leading, and operationalizing a multi-year enterprise change management strategy that supports the company's transformation agenda, operating model evolution, and growth ambitions.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Human Resources and Strategy teams to drive the execution of multiple critical change initiatives across the enterprise, while simultaneously building change management capabilities and infrastructure that embed agility, resilience, and innovation into the fabric of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, influential leader, and hands-on practitioner with deep expertise in change management frameworks - particularly the Prosci Change Management Model - and a proven ability to embed change leadership practices within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

  • Develop and lead the enterprise-wide change management strategy to drive adoption of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's transformation strategy, operating model transformation, business goals, and cultural aspirations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the executive and senior leadership on change leadership, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation strategies.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive change management programs using best-in-class methodologies, including the Prosci Change Management Model (ADKAR), tailored to large-scale transformation efforts.
  • Create and lead a team to build, scale, and lead a high-performing Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness team to institutionalize change management capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring consistent, transparent, and inspiring communication throughout the organization at all levels.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide change impact assessments, readiness analyses, and organizational capability reviews to inform leadership decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Identify, select, and manage external consultants or partners, as needed, to supplement internal capabilities and accelerate strategic initiatives.
  • Establish key metrics and KPIs to monitor change adoption, employee engagement, and operational performance, using insights to refine strategies and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Partner with the Transformation Office, Human Resources, Technology, Operations, and other key functions to embed change management practices into project management, leadership development, and business planning processes.
  • Lead cultural transformation efforts, focusing on building a collaborative, growth-oriented, and innovative workforce aligned to company values.
  • Represent the Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness function at executive leadership forums and contribute to Board-level updates and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in organizational development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale change management initiatives, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or VP-level role within complex, high-growth organizations (preferably healthcare technology, healthcare delivery, or enterprise technology sectors).
  • Deep expertise in change management methodologies, with direct experience applying the Prosci Change Management Model (ADKAR) at the enterprise level; Prosci certification.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation programs that resulted in measurable improvements in organizational performance, operating model effectiveness, and culture evolution.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Skilled at building and leading high-performing change management teams including recruiting, mentoring, and developing top talent.
  • Deep expertise in stakeholder management, organizational assessments, change impact analysis, and change readiness planning.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to develop KPIs and use change adoption and organizational health metrics to refine strategies.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders (e.g., Operations, HR, Technology, Finance) to integrate change management practices into project delivery and organizational strategy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including executive communication, large-group facilitation, and storytelling to drive engagement and understanding.
  • Experience in driving innovation, digital transformation, and/or agile ways of working across large organizations.
