"I can succeed as an Associate Digital Product Manager." As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally to guide products or services to address customer needs and market opportunities. You collaborate with others to define and prioritize features for the product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, product designers, marketing, sales & analytics' teams to design & develop capabilities that support our users, breaking down complex problems into pieces that drive product development. Capital Group's Global Design System (GDS) is the shared foundation for creating consistent, accessible, and scalable digital experiences across our products. As part of our ongoing investment in digital product and design infrastructure, we're growing the team that supports and evolves this system. We're looking for an Associate Digital Product Manager to join the GDS team in a hands-on, hybrid role that blends product thinking and design execution. You'll work closely with the Product Manager for the Design System and cross-functional partners to shape, maintain, and support the tools and components used by designers, engineers, and content authors across Capital Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their product management career who brings strong systems thinking, detailed design sensibility, and deep Figma expertise. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
