Starkey is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Education and Training team at our global headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As part of the largest provider of continuing education for hearing care professionals in the U.S., this role is instrumental in helping deliver consistent, engaging, and effective learning experiences by collaborating closely with content developers and subject matter experts. The Senior Instructional Designer will assist in the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of training programs. While materials may include online modules, workbooks, and video content, the primary focus is on creating high-quality, visually engaging slide presentations using PowerPoint. Strong skills in transitions, animations, and visual storytelling are essential, as these presentations serve as the core of our virtual and in-person learning experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who is passionate about transforming complex information into impactful learning that supports employee development, customer education, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $75,460 - $94,500 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout. Benefits:
