POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT The Project Engineer, Solar Preconstruction supports the front-end development of Moss's utility-scale solar EPC projects. This entry-level role provides vital coordination and technical support during the preconstruction phase-specifically in the preparation of proposals, management of RFPs/RFIs, document control, and project planning activities. Serving as a critical connector between Estimating, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations, this role offers early exposure to the full project lifecycle and is designed as a foundation for career growth within Moss's solar division.
