Senior Sales Executive
Location in DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) preferred

Summary:

ATS is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive. Duties include but are not limited to; calls and emails to new and existing clients and applicants, assisting feasibility analysis, administration of all pre and post-closing efforts, and assisting the efforts to market, develop and brand ATS. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Business Development.

As our sales leader, this person will be someone who can be a player-coach. The candidate is someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves to design a sales process, carry a quota and sell ATS SaaS products and services. We are looking for a "hands-on," accomplished, proven sales leader to share their skills, who can think creatively, and make an immediate impact for ATS in the Federal government.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide overall sales leadership for developing plans and strategies for growing business and achieving sales goals.
  • Attain individual sales quota assignment, including building and maintaining an adequate pipeline, negotiating agreement terms, and closing sales.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted quota targets by driving new business development in new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing negotiation processes to ensure acceptable outcomes on price and profitability.
  • Responsible for identifying, implementing, and instituting account level and vertical industry sales strategies for selling and managing large complex accounts in a multi-solution environment. Must make efficient use of resources (such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Business Development, Executive Management) to achieve maximum sales results.
  • Ensure proper customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is exceeding expectations.
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs to improve knowledge and expertise in products and services and support company sales objectives.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitive activity, providing feedback to company executives and continually adapt sales strategy to the market.


Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Experience selling six-figure multiyear SaaS contracts.
  • 4+ years sales experience with SaaS
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in either technology or business field
  • Location in DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) preferred
  • Strong track record in high performance sales and delivering revenue targets.
  • Previous experience managing a P & L
