This role will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes continuous improvement, increases consistency and quality of training and communication material, and reduces internal customer pain points. This role will work closely with the End User Computing team to build strategies and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communication, and implement standardized solutions to facilitate adoption for key strategic initiatives. This role requires the ability to navigate through ambiguity, superior attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an appetite for learning.

Role Responsibilities



  • Change Management:Support change initiatives by helping communicate the rationale behind changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • End User Engagement: Work with end users directly and develop end user communities to test content, drive feedback, and build a change network within the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance organizational effectiveness through innovation and best practices.
  • Effective Communication: Simplify complex concepts and technical jargon into clear, concise content to ensure accessibility and understanding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Facilitating communication and collaborating between different departments or teams within the organization to promote efficiency and alignment.


Role Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of related business, project management, organizational effectiveness, and change management experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the technology industry preferred
  • Familiar with organizational change management methodologies, Prosci certification a plus.
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.
  • Understanding of technology and technical terms.
  • Easily bridges teams, building collaboration and seamless touch points.

Salary

The base salary range is $ 70,200 - 93,600 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
