Pediatric Resiliency Collaborative (PeRC) Program Manager

Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a Pediatric Resiliency Collaborative (PeRC) Program Manager responsible for providing strategic leadership, coordination, and facilitation to advance the goals of PeRC. This role involves building strong relationships with community partners, supporting the implementation and sustainability of Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) screening and services, and guiding evaluation and data-informed decision-making. Works closely with the PeRC Steering Committee, physician champions, collaborative partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and measurable impact.

Education:



  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration, community development, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in public health, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field.


Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:



  • Minimum: CA Driver's License.


Technical Requirements:



  • Minimum: Basic computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with secondary data sources such as County Health Rankings, CDC Wonder, etc.
  • Preferred: Skills using secondary data sources, such as County Health Rankings, CDC Wonder, etc. Familiarity with Medi-Cal and CalAIM programs. Knowledge of local community needs and resources.


Years of Related Work Experience:



  • Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience, including serving in a leadership role within healthcare, nonprofit, or community health settings. Experience in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Preferred: 8 years of experience leading cross-sector collaborations, collective impact initiatives, or trauma-informed community program.
