Job Description
Responsibilities:

Lead the vision and execution of innovative UI/UX designs for Anomali's next-generation threat detection and search platform.
*
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a seamless user experience, from concept to implementation.
*
Translate user needs into intuitive and scalable UI/UX solutions.
*
Champion best practices in UI/UX development, accessibility, and usability testing.
*
Stay current with cutting-edge technologies and trends in the UI/UX landscape and drive innovation in leading UI/UX design and execution.
*
This is a hands-on technical role, not just design.
*
Mentor and guide junior UI/UX professionals on the team.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
*
10+ years of experience as a UI/UX Engineer, Architect or a related role.
*
Proven
track record of designing and delivering exceptional UI/UX solutions for complex enterprise applications.
*
Proven history of innovation and thinking outside the box for improved performance, usability, and functionality.
*
In-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices, design principles, and accessibility guidelines.
*
Experience building web applications React, Redux, and Angular.
*
Expert knowledge of React and Angular packages.
*
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and front-end libraries and frameworks.
*
Expertise with client-side MVC/MVVM frameworks, HTTP/2, CI/CD.
*
Proven expertise in test automation for front-end applications.
*
Prior work in a SaaS based product development environment with a focus on Security.
*
Proficiency with Git.
*
Proficiency
with responsive design and cross-browser support.
*
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*
A thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement... using new technologies or old technologies in different ways for improved performance. Patents and documented innovation are a plus
*
The position will be onsite at our Redwood City, CA office. The team is currently working a hybrid schedule: Mon/Tue/Wed onsite and Thu/Fri remote.
*
The ideal candidate will be extremely curious, innovative and have a passion for solving the impossible while learning, teaching and mentoring on the fly.

Experience with security and threat detection software

Expertise in data visualization and presentation frameworks, such as Grafana

Mobile UI development (IOS, Android)

Compensation Transparency
$200,000 - $250,000 USD
Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for benefits, and may be el
igible for equity.
