Summary: Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for the development and manufacture of quality products. Serve as main quality contact person in regards to part acceptability and works directly with production, sales and engineering to meet customer expectations. While working with QA Manager and leadership, assists BTD departments in problem solving, corrective actions and internal and external quality audits. Is a resource to train and improve operator awareness in regards to achieving customer quality expectations and requirements. Communicate all improvements made to ensure future estimates and processing plans of current product are accurate. Safety is #1 at BTD: Our expectation is that every employee: 1) strictly follows safety policies, rules and safe work methods. 2) promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions. Promptly reports injuries for prompt diagnosis and treatment. 3) makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety. Actively participates in a safety process or project such as the safety committee, safety inspections, etc. Essential Functions:

Compensation Salary Range: OTC10: $73,079 - $109,650. The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
