Title: Senior Land Use Planner Location: Washington Job Type: Regular Full-time What's the Opportunity? Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time Planner located in Washington State to help contribute to the management and development of long-range plans and parks and open space planning documents. The ideal candidate would also be eager to expand this line of business within Anchor QEA. This includes demonstrated experience preparing or updating local policy documents, developing municipal code, and conducting long-range planning efforts; in Washington State that may include Comprehensive Plans, Shoreline Master Program, climate adaptation strategies, Critical Areas Ordinance documents, or parks and open space plans. The parks and open space planning work that Anchor QEA typically pursues includes high visibility waterfront parks with dynamic water and land use interfaces. This position may also include supporting public outreach and facilitation efforts to collect public feedback or present project information to public officials. The position may require some travel to participate in client meetings, public meetings, stakeholder work groups, or site visits. Responsibilities:
