We are looking for an AI Agent Solutions Manager to join our Business Strategy team located in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the director of Business Strategy. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with all parts of the Infoblox organization, including functional leaders, technical teams, and enablement partners. You will be a critical contributor to our AI Center of Enablement and you'll design, build, and manage GenAI-powered agents using citizen developer platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and other emerging low-code/no-code AI development environments like Glean and Moveworks. What you'll do:



  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents that streamline internal processes and amplify productivity for business users across departments
  • Collaborate with functional teams to identify high impact use cases for automation, and translate them into actionable agent solutions
  • Act as a platform SME for tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Glean, Moveworks, and other AI agent development environments
  • Develop documentation and templates to support scaling adoption of GenAI agents across the organization
  • Partner with IT and security teams to ensure agents adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards
  • Monitor agent performance and continuously optimize based on usage, feedback, and business needs
  • Contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate AI fluency across business functions


What you'll bring:



  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms or automation builders such as Power Automate, Glean, Copilot Studio, Zapier, UiPath, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in business systems, technical program management, or software development
  • Solid analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams like HR, sales, finance, or customer support
  • Comfortable working with GenAI tooling such as ChatGPT, M365 Copilot, or Gemini and an interest in operationalizing them at scale
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security requirements in enterprise environments
  • Experience with scripting such as JavaScript or Python or working knowledge of APIs and integration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for enablement and problem-solving


What success looks like:

After six months, you will...



  • Have delivered department and organization-wide GenAI agent solutions using Glean Workflows, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across departments such as Sales, HR, IT, and Customer Support
  • Define and implement tracking mechanisms to measure agent adoption, performance, and business impact


After about a year, you will...



  • Support a network of departmental AI champions and act as a go-to resource for citizen-led AI automation
  • Have delivered multiple high-impact, scalable agent solutions that streamline workflows and improve employee efficiency
  • Contribute to company-wide AI enablement strategies alongside Business Strategy, HR, and IT, helping shape the future of automation at Infoblox

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington is $119,600 - $163,900, plus corporate bonus potential.
