*We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Service Center Technician to join our team. *
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, with a minimum expectation of closing 100 tickets per week. You'll play a key part in supporting our internal users by troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues, including *password resets and account activations in Active Directory, Microsoft application support (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Intune), and Windows 11 troubleshooting.* This position also involves hands-on support for in-store technology, including *POS systems, credit card pin pads, back office computers, printers, and in-store music systems.* Additionally, you'll assist with hardware used in our distribution centers, such as *Zebra TC52 scanners. *You'll interact with a diverse group of users-from standard employees and store managers to VIPs and technical staff-providing timely updates and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Ideal candidates will have experience in help desk or service desk environments, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Authenticator and ITIL practices or certifications is a plus.
