How you'll make an impact:
We're looking for an experienced leader and problem solver to join our Growth team as an SDR Manager, leading a team of Sales Development Representatives. You will play a critical role in hiring, training, and managing a team that drives the new business engine of our world-class sales organization.
You will be responsible for leading a team of SDRs focused on qualifying inbound and outbound leads, ensuring seamless handoff to the appropriate sales teams, and driving pipeline growth. This role will develop strategies to optimize lead routing, enhance conversion rates, and maximize team performance through data-driven decision-making and coaching.

What you'll do:
Drive Training & Enablement
o Recruit, hire, onboard and ramp a team of SDRs on techniques, products, and trends to achieve early success in the role
o Provide consistent coaching via clear KPIs and track team performance, both remotely and in-person, via Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.
o Oversee both inbound and outbound lead management processes leveraging automation and analytics
Optimize Lead Flow & Routing
o Implement and refine lead qualification and distribution strategies, including creation and maintenance of ICPs, Personas & Customer Journey
o Work closely with Marketing, RevOps and Sales Leadership to refine process, workflows and ensure lead quality
o Leverage automation and data-driven insights to drive efficiency at scale
Collaboration & Reporting
o Partner with sales leadership to align on growth objectives and pipeline generation
o Maintain daily activity goals and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting for various stakeholders
o Report on Key Metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline generation and sales impact
o Effectively communicate both data-driven and anecdotal insights to cross-functional teams

What you'll need:
* 5+ years of sales leadership experience leading an SDR team
* Salesforce mastery with a high acumen for automation & insight tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, etc.
* Critical thinker with a talent for coaching and leveraging technology to optimize results
* Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales goals
* Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
* You are proactive and you can take initiative and follow through on projects.
* You are a passionate individual with an appetite for innovation and learning.
* You are a problem solver and a team player.
* You have an entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $84,000 to $113,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
