For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions $1,500.Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Schedule: 8:00AM-4:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Patient Service Coordinator for our Pulmonary Sleep Lab in Kennebunk is responsible for scheduling, data entry and clerical operations for the department. This multifaceted position supports the manager and needs of the department. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling of procedures, verification of prior authorizations, faxing, creating and mailing appointment information, maintaining patient database, ordering and maintaining supplies, processing final reports, communicating to providers and staff via phone, Epic and email.

**Epic experience is preferred

Summary:
The Patient Service Coordinator role manages complex scheduling for the practice and is responsible for providing administrative and office support for patients and providers.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of administrative patient service experience.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
