Overview

The Contractor Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing compliance information in various AIT operating systems.They will be assisting with the contracting and onboarding of service providers and ongoing third-party risk assessments in accordance with AIT's third-party risk management program.



Responsibilities

    Support Company's US, Third-Party Risk Management Program through contracting and ongoing diligence of
    Service Providers to ensure compliance with government rules/regulations and contractual obligations
  • Effectively administer company operating systems to ensure service providers internal controls are properly
    implemented
  • Manage and respond to compliance and procedural questions in a timely manner via the ticketing system, email,
    and incoming phone calls
  • Assist with internal audits of service providers to maintain compliance
  • Review urgent requests from internal customers and provide actionable responses and procedures that maintain
    service levels
  • Effectively complete special projects assigned as dictated by business needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Other Skills We Hope to See:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or relevant industry experience, strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in freight forwarding, trade and transportation compliance, and vendor
    management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle issue/resolution well.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reserach skills
