eServices Specialist 1 PT

The hours for the position are:

Monday - Friday: 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM

Role

Supports and assists the eServices department through maintenance of member account changes, updates, closures, and record-keeping tasks. Performs daily clerical tasks as needed and must be confident in knowing and utilizing all CAMPUS technology-based products and services.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Reviews and processes mobile deposits, informing members of holds or rejects as needed
• Assists the Member Contact Region with account and loan maintenance, address changes, account closures, record filings, account verifications, secured messaging, chats, faxes, and emails
• Decision and process debit card non-fraud disputes and assist eServices Agents by submitting debit card fraud disputes for vendor processing
• Review recurring reports and determine necessary actions, including contacting membersand employees, and updating accounts

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 0 - 1 year of similar or related experience
