Cut to Length Operator Shift: 1st, (5am-3pm) Pay: $20/hr. (Based on Experience) We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Cut-to-Length Operator to join our production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring material is accurately cut, inspected, and prepared for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards. Experience in metal processing and comfort with material handling equipment is preferred. Job Description: Set up and align material or fixtures in machine beds using gauges, shims, and hand tools Select correct materials per work orders and verify specifications (thickness, length, width, grade, etc.) Operate overhead cranes to handle and move materials Review CAD drawings, work orders, and written specifications to determine job setup and requirements Perform quality control checks on finished products to maintain ISO-certification standards Stack, band, and palletize finished products for shipment Assist with general warehouse duties including forklift and crane operation Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements Requirements: Previous experience operating metal cutting or material processing machinery preferred Ability to interpret work orders, CAD drawings, and technical instructions Comfortable using overhead cranes and forklifts (certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
