What You'll Do: The Associate Principal, Software Engineering, will be a subject matter expert with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality, having a deep understanding of Recruiting, Performance Management, Security, Reporting and Business Process configurations. A strong candidate will have the ability to enable complex configurations and approval workflows, be proficient in supporting technical tools, and provide support to business users. You will be asked to define business requirements, investigate and implement configuration changes, test, deploy, and lead efforts to implement cross-functional technical solutions. This role will be a key contributor in developing scalable and resilient hybrid/Cloud-based data solutions and will collaborate with other developers, architects and product owners to support enterprise transformation into a data-driven organization. Must be a self-starter who is independent and comfortable with a fast paced, dynamic environment. A team player who partners and knowledge shares with the team to achieve collective goals and collaborate on delivering milestones. Salary Range $108,900.00 - $151,600.00Incentive Range 8% to 15%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
