Software Quality Engineer

Position: Software Quality Engineer, Sonova United States Corporate Services, LLC, Aurora, IL.

Duties: Ensure and increase software development quality and compliance. Prioritize Release and Portfolio Backlog based on business case criteria. Ensure that internal and external SAP CC resources work according to SAP CC guidelines & standards. Evaluate and assess impact of new software components on infrastructure, processes, and applications. Oversee continuous improvement and rollout of Development Standards, Procedures, Tools & Quality Policies. Review existing IT solutions for improvements and stay up-to-date with new technologies. Provide detailed technical know-how to support solution decisions for different options. 20-40% national travel.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 30 months of experience with SAP CC guidelines and standards; 30 months of experience overseeing the enhancement and implementation of development standards, procedures, tools, and quality policies in accordance with the latest FDA/TUV regulations; and 30 months of experience reviewing and supporting periodic reviews of validated systems.

Salary: $88,000 - $132,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, AD&D, Short & Long Term disability, 401K.
