Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of contractor personnel across the following work centers: Flight Line, Avionics, Airframes, Flight Equipment, Tool Room, Maintenance Admin, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Control, ASM Fleet Administration, Aviation Log Specialist, Aviation Log Supervisor, and Support Equipment Maintenance Coordination.
  • Monitor overall contract performance to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Immediately notify the COR of any performance discrepancies and provide corrective action plans, including estimated timelines for resolution.
  • Coordinate work assignments, schedules, and task execution across assigned functional areas.
  • Support readiness reporting, personnel accountability, and ensure proper documentation of maintenance actions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and ensure proper training is in place for assigned personnel.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in aviation maintenance or logistics, preferably in support of rotary-wing aircraft or DoD aviation programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance control or quality control
  • Prior experience supervising technical teams in a maintenance or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of aviation maintenance processes, including QA/QC, tool control, and flight line operations.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with government representatives and managing contract compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on MV-22 or similar tiltrotor/rotary-wing platforms.
  • Prior military aviation background or relevant OEM certifications.
  • Knowledge of ASM Fleet Administration and aviation log procedures.
