Job Summary This position supports the FAA's Voice Switch & Recording (VS&R) program by maintaining and updating program schedules using Primavera P6 Client, P6 Web, and the FAA's Corporate Work Plan (CWP). We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented candidate eager to grow their expertise in scheduling large-scale, multi-billion-dollar federal programs. You'll work closely with a highly experienced scheduling team in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This work directly supports the FAA's mission to provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world. Years of Relevant Experience The position requires 1-4 years of relevant experience supporting a Program Management Organization (PMO) or a similar program office in roles focused on process improvement, planning, data analysis, or scheduling. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is a plus and may count as additional years of experience. Skills Requirements
Strong analytical, technical, and people skills. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work environment and be flexible to work on more than one program. Preferred Skills
Security Requirements Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years. Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance.
