Director, North America Strategy & Analytics - Denver, CO

Role Responsibilities:

North America Corridor Strategy:



  • Partner closely with the President of the North America business to develop the omni-channel growth strategy for the region.
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans across send regions and receive markets to deliver against objectives
  • Coordinate the ongoing business performance, insights and action plans to achieve the outcomes of the strategy


Business support:



  • Support the President of North America to drive executive engagement and communications (e.g., MBR preparation, Board communications)
  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Strategic Accounts to develop account level business plans to deliver against the corridor strategies
  • Develop and support materials for key account engagement (e.g., Quarterly business reviews, ad-hoc requests)
  • Engage with receive markets to ensure alignment across the corridor


Strategic Initiatives:



  • Actively drive strategic initiatives targeted to support the business (e.g., APN adoption, retail to digital escalation)
  • Drive cross-functional alignment where need across local market, receive market and functional support (e.g., finance, operations).


Analytics:



  • Drive the backlog of analytics needs to support driving the business in both

    • Standardization of reporting, KPIs and active management
    • Ad hoc requests and deep-dives for support


  • Support the distribution pipeline funnel (new store acquisition, productivity assessments)


Change Management & People leadership



  • Re-design and re-structure the end-to-end operating cadence of the business to drive more cross-functional alignment
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working, new approaches and embed them into 'business as usual'
  • Lead a team of strategic, analytical leaders to drive impact across the organization


Role Requirements



  • 10+ years of proven track-record in strategy, operations and similar functions
  • Fintech and/or remittance experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience with top tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) preferred but not required
  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast paced, transformation environment
  • Exposure to deep analytical business and comfort leading technical and engineering teams as needed to support business needs
  • People management experience in a large organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field
  • MBA highly preferred

Salary

The salary range is $160,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
