Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Electrical Installer to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will install, program, test, repairs, and service a variety of systems and equipment which may include security, fire alarm & life safety with minimal guidance as needed. Associates of Electronics Technology (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
1 - 3 years: -Previous construction experience including some level of electrical or a low voltage background (e.g. electrician or low-voltage technician) (required)
3 - 5 years: Preferred Experience (but not required): -Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation -Experience with Axis/Hanwha/DMP/Avigilon/Genetec/Gallagher/Honeywell/ETC a plus -Certifications & Licenses: Project Management Institute (PMI); industry-specific certifications and/or licenses (NICET or ESA) - State of Iowa installer license (low-voltage) a plus (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
