About the Role:

Responsible for building and optimizing the operational foundation that supports all revenue-generating activities across our fintech and payments partnership teams. This role ensures that the systems, processes, data, training programs, and tools used by go-to-market teams are aligned, efficient, and scalable. By driving and facilitating operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle-from lead generation and pipeline management to partner expansion and performance tracking-the Manager of Revenue Operations plays a critical role in enabling strategic growth, improving decision-making, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.

What You Will Do:



  • Designs, implements, manages and continuously improves sales processes to support both new fintech/payments partner acquisition and existing partner expansion.
  • Manages the CRM (Salesforce) and related sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment on behalf of the sales team.
  • Develops and maintain reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and key revenue metrics.
  • Collaborates with business development and partner growth teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Leads the creation and maintenance of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, pitch decks, process documentation, and onboarding guides.
  • Coordinates and supports training programs for go-to-market teams to ensure consistent adoption of tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, legal, compliance) to align revenue operations with broader organizational goals.
  • Supports forecasting, and goal setting through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of sales strategies and tools, recommending improvements based on performance data and feedback.
  • Builds a trusted relationship with sales reps.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You Will Need:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related go-to-market operations role, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology environment.
  • Deep experience managing and administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and related sales tools.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering sales enablement materials, training programs, and onboarding resources.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize sales processes and operational workflows across complex, multi-stakeholder teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions through reporting and dashboards.
  • Highly effective at leveraging technology to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency (e.g., using Zapier, Salesforce Flow, custom scripts, or low-code tools).
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to lead initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • In depth knowledge of Payments industry (Issuing, Acquiring, and Money Movement products).
  • Fast learner.

Salary range: $86,259.86 - $159,308.33

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
