Product Manager - Heaters & pBN Products

The Product Manager will work with the Global Business Director on developing and executing our ceramics business strategy, top-line growth and P/L responsibility for products within the Ceramics Powders and Shapes area of the business, as well as high thermal conductivity graphite materials.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of certain product portfolios, assuming partial to full responsibility for their success and performance.

  • Help develop and communicate the 5-year revenue and business strategy for the Ceramics Powders and Shapes business.

  • Assist in the management and leading of day-to-day activities to address business, production, procurement and supply chain challenges.

  • Maintain business focus aimed at exceeding customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and execute the pricing strategy for the product portfolios.

  • Help to Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product concept and design to production and post-launch activities, including product enhancements, updates, and end-of-life strategies.

  • Responsible for product line growth using product development, customer insights, and market trends.

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers, business leadership, supply chain, sales, finance and production organizations.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

  • Generate sales collateral such as product presentations, competitor benchmarking and value proposition guides.

  • Participate in product promotion activities with relevant marketing channels.

  • Develop business KPI's to measure business performance.

  • Assist in leading the revenue pipeline process in coordination with the Ceramics Powders and Shapes product line team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, operations management or business

  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting

  • Self-motivated, ability to work with a wide breadth of stakeholders and drive projects with internal teams and target customers

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills

  • Track record of successful development and implementation of a business strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Ceramics Manufacturing

  • 2+ years' experience in a previous product line manager or sales role

  • Knowledge of ceramic powder and shape markets

  • Prior experience utilizing the SAP ERP platform

  • Project management skills

  • MBA is a plus

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10%
