SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - 108,000 POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for creating, managing, monitoring and ensuring the integrity and timeliness of project schedules. He/she participates with the program management, planning, and project controls teams to resource load schedules, produce projections, and support financial management tools and financial reports throughout the duration of all significant projects. The incumbent provides regular schedule reports, projections, and analyses to Project/Program Team, customers, and senior management. The role prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as required. J OB SCOPE: Operates within general parameters but must use sound judgment and independent decision-making when carrying our most job responsibilities. Has the ability to influence and recommend modifying existing protocols. No budget responsibility but does monitor contract and subcontract performance to establish progress and status. Will provide general scheduling support and maintenance as described from customer requirements and by management directive in order to identify program delivery issues, which could impact program costs and affect company cash flow. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Although the Scheduler does not have direct supervisory responsibility, he/she is expected to provide technical coaching for less experienced team members. INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS: This role interacts with all levels of management and multiple subcontractors. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is conducted in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting with moderate to loud noise levels from production activity in the shipyard. 50% normal office environment; 50% of time spent in production areas in yard and aboard ships. The individual may be required to be in production areas in yard and onboard ships. He/she must be able to walk to and from job sites. The person must be able to climb inclined stairways and vertical ladders; to enter confined areas and tanks; to work at heights. He/she may be required to work more than 8-hour shifts and weekend work. There may be local travel and out-of-town travel (including air travel) up to 5% of the time with notice.
