The hiring range for this role is: 73,592.88 - 103,209.52This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay. Job Overview: This role is responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to meet business needs. This role involves partnering with customers to understand their requirements and creating both functional and non-functional specifications. As an application and data Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will advise and influence both business and technical partners throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development and testing to post-implementation operations. Essential Functions
Education Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities Extra Posting information: Minimum four years of IT work experience focused on systems development and programming. Up to one year of experience with BCBS or the health insurance industry. Advanced Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and strategize creative solutions.
