SOFTWARE INTERGRATION ANALYST
HighPoint's professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Software/Integration Analyst contributes to HighPoint by implementing technical solutions in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues.
- Attend meetings with customers and others and represent the Integration team.
- Develop, maintain, and implement revenue integrity and Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) management policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data.
- Play a leadership role in a high-profile group tasked with improving revenue results by taking a global view of clinical and financial processes, functions, and interdependencies from the provision of patient care to final bill generation.
- Execute work plans to adapt systems and processes to accommodate changes.
- Formally prepare and present findings in standard presentations for other committees, including leadership.
- Assess the accuracy and build of all charging workflows in EPIC, including documentation, dictionaries, preference lists, and other interface or third party charging systems.
- Lead and participate in complex projects related to revenue cycle initiatives.
- Trace unexpected results back to their source and diagnose underlying issues.
- Be mindful of changes to the business that may impact the current solution, such as new products and business lines, acquisitions, reorganizations, system changes, etc.
- Collaborate with developers and data owners to drive the creation of data integration and storage solutions as well as analyze tradeoffs between usability, best practices, and performance needs.
- Collaborate with appropriate parties to determine best approach for supporting optimal data utilization.
- Work with third-party data providers to analyze and integrate offerings.
- Partner with business stakeholders and data governance to identify where data quality gaps impact analysis and recommend prioritization.
- Ensure the definition of lab test procedures, the implementation of any requested test improvement, the execution of such tests, and the preparation of final test dossier.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing
- Experience in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas of office automation; ability to present system designs for user approval at formal reviews
- Ability to perform configuration management, integrate software, interpret software test results, and recommend solutions for unsatisfactory test results
- Experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management
- Ability to provide solutions to identified software problem reports
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Five years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, information technology, or similar science degree
- IT-II security clearance or current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority, such as PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), MCSD Application Lifecycle Management certification, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Active DoD Secret or IT-II
- Prior DoD or DLA experience required
- Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred
- No Corp-to-Corp or 1099 candidates; W-2 only
